Runners

On Sunday 1st April Launchpad will have it's biggest team ever running in the Mizuno Reading Half Marathon at the Madejski Stadium!  Amazingly, 25 places have gone already! So act fast to avoid disappointment!

Launchpad could not carry on providing the valuable services it does without the generous and selfless support we receive from the local community.  So, we are genuinely thrilled to be able to offer you an event that helps us to carry on AND that brings you so many benefits in terms of fitness and achievement. 

The entry fee for this year's event is £35 which covers the increasing running costs of the event and compares very favourably with other charities however we are leaving the minimum sponsorship at £200 since the average amount raised last year was £267! 

Also, if you have already secured your own place in the Reading Half Marathon we would love you to run for Team Launchpad. Once your place has been confirmed, please email me with your full postal address and telephone number and ask for an ‘Own Place’ Reading Half Marathon pack.

Also, if you have any friends and family who would like to come along and help to maintain order along the route, or if they would like to support the runners by cheering and waving flags, please get in touch for a non-runner info pack; the more the merrier!
